Stimulus is a performance game that was developed during month-long residency at Rockland Woods in the forests of Western Washington in January of 2021. I collected dozens of topics from individuals, kept on scraps of paper, and drew one each time I left for a walk in the forest. I recorded myself for 2 minutes giving a lecture on the topic with a camera attached to my head. These performance lectures helped center my mind in deep isolation at a time of great crisis and upheaval in the world.
